How LaseMD Ultra works
The 1927 nm thulium wavelength targets water molecules in the skin rather than melanin, which is what makes it safe for all skin tones and usable year round. Energy is placed at precise, controlled depths without vaporizing the surface.
The laser works in a pattern of microscopic beams with bridges of healthy tissue between them, which speeds recovery. As the skin heals it remodels old collagen, builds new elastin, and breaks up excess melanin so dark spots and sun damage fade. The thousands of tiny channels also let medical grade topicals absorb far more deeply for enhanced results.
