RevLite by Cynosure Lutronic is a noninvasive Q switched Nd:YAG laser that uses PhotoAcoustic technology to treat pigmentation like sun spots and melasma, along with acne scars, fine lines, and tattoos. It penetrates the skin to stimulate collagen production with virtually no downtime.
How RevLite works
RevLite sends high energy light pulses at precise wavelengths, 1064 nm and 532 nm, into the deeper layers of the skin. The energy gently shatters melanin or tattoo ink into microscopic particles, which the body clears away naturally through the lymphatic system.
It is safe for a wide variety of skin tones and treats the face, chest, neck, and hands. RevLite is especially effective for stubborn melasma, age spots, freckles, multicolored tattoos, and textural concerns.
